Vincent Paribello is a third-generation hairstylist. Vincent was exposed to the techniques of Vidal Sassoon, whose trainers regularly visited his cousin’s salon. Inspired and determined to learn from Sassoon, Vincent became one of the youngest instructors employed by Sassoon’s school upon graduation.

In 1989, Vincent began working at some of the premier studios in the city, perfecting his techniques and building an increasingly loyal clientele. Vincent believes the foundation of a successful client relationship is understanding the client’s total personality. Working at his salon without any staff, Vincent builds a personal relationship with all his clients. And, through understanding each person’s needs and desires, Vincent has been able to build a strong and loyal clientele made up of people of all ages.

He holds some image consultant courses which would start with an orientation and an introduction to color theory. He then provides more in-depth training on color theory and color analysis. He mainly focuses on the fundamentals of color analysis as he continues with the color training – but with much more in-depth training, which consists of Body Lines and Figure Analysis, where students learn techniques associated with the proper fit for both standard and nonstandard body shapes. He will also focus on Style Analysis and Fashion Styling so students will be able to determine their clients’ personal styling preferences. This technique stems from the more psychological side of image consulting. Some makeup courses where students can both critique and advise their clients on the proper way to apply makeup.
