Makeup artist, Kat Pfender, known professionally as Kat Flynt, is best known for her versatility and clean makeup applications that enhance natural beauty.

Makeup has always been her form of art and how she expressed herself creatively. As a young girl, she was constantly be found rummaging through her mother’s vanity, playing with every lipstick she could find. The colors fascinated her.

Watching her mom apply her makeup and create certain looks on herself created a makeup-obsessed child. Kat doesn’t know how many years in a row she was a bride for Halloween, just so she could wear her mom’s veil and wear makeup for the night. Finally, once middle school came around, her mom would let her wear makeup around the house. Being as stubborn as she was, she would sneak it into her backpack and apply it in the bathroom at school.

Initially specializing in bridal and wedding parties, she later becomes a licensed Esthetician and also served on the freelance teams for Chanel, MAC, and Bobbi Brown. Today, with more than 21 years of experience and a clientele, her primary focus includes commercials, video productions, print advertising, catalogs, and fashion editorials with clients such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Delta, Chic-fil-A, major players in the medical community as well as renowned directors and photographers. Her extensive and varied body of work exemplifies her ability to create flawless, modern looks specifically for each project or special occasion.
