Cleo Chang is the Winner of Cozycot 100 Best-Loved Beauty Professionals in 2011. Born in Taiwan and graduated from NUS in history. She was working as a Palm oil trader till she became a full-time makeup artist in 2013. Embracing her diverse identities with gusto, she fuses each and every experience into inspirations for her work.

She is a borderline introvert. It takes a while for her to warm up and small talks intimidate her. Despite all her seriousness, she loves all things beautiful – that’s why she loves weddings.

Her motto is “We know you are unique, so we aspire to perfect just a lovelier version of you. Through the strange workings of the universe, I met you. From that first look and some laughs that we will share, they fueled my imagination which in turn help me to express your personality and uniqueness through the way your makeup and hair could be done."

She was inspired in 2006 and since then, and channels her energy, love for beauty and imagination to fulfil the dreams of brides she was fortunate enough to meet. As years pass, what caught her in surprise was that she realized her brides are her best teachers and motivators.

Other than craving a niche market in the bridal industry, through her many years as a Makeup artist, she has come to realize how important eyebrows are to define one’s features. And aren’t they always frustrated overdrawing imbalanced brows, over-plucked brows that refused to grow or eyebrows that disappeared with your makeup after half a day? So now, she is also waving her magic wave saving eyebrows with 6D and misty eyebrow embroidery.

Her products are internationally recognized brands ranging from Cle de Peau, Chanel, Makeup Forever, Shu Umera and Bobbi Brown.
