Celia Holman Lee started out as a model at the age of 15 while still at school after being approached while working as a shop assistant. She has been described by the Daily Mirror as having been “Ireland’s most successful model” and by the Daily Mail as having been Ireland’s “most sought after face in the seventies and eighties”.

She founded her own modelling agency, ‘Celia Holman-Lee Model Agency’, now the family run ‘Holman Lee Agency’, at the age of 22 and has run it for over 30 years, making it the longest running modelling agency in Ireland.

The Holman-Lee Agency prides itself on being one of the best catwalk agencies in fashion and production in the country. We cover a variety of work including fashion show production – big and small – editorials, promotions, catalogues, bridal exhibitions, wedding fairs and TV.



We regularly produce and manage some of Ireland’s greatest fashion showcasing events such as The International Rose of Tralee Fashion Show, The National Ploughing Championship Fashion Show, The Mid-West Bridal Exhibition, and Miss Limerick/Miss Clare Beauty Pageants for Miss Ireland & Miss World.

Our work doesn’t stop there as we have also been proud to produce Jim Kemmy International Young Student Designer of The Year Awards, including participating fashion colleges from Ireland, UK, France, Italy, Denmark, Poland & Belgium, Catwalks Roadshow and The Brown Thomas Trunk Shows.

We produce events for any organisation that approaches our agency such as Charity Fashion Shows, School Fundraising Fashion Shows, in-store Fashion Shows for individual boutiques and shopping centres, Wedding Fair Fashion Shows for individual hotels and much more.
