Krystal Tan is the Founder and Managing Director of Krystal Charm Etiquette Academy. As a firm believer in equipping young children with good etiquette and characters, Krystal has a passion for teaching social graces, respect, and positive character traits in children from as young as three years of age. She trusts that children with good social etiquette and positive self-esteem and characters are confident individuals with strong social and communication skills and will flourish and groom to become successful adults.

Krystal is also a well-recognized and experienced Children's Etiquette and Character Education specialist. She is well-versed in developing effective Social Etiquette Programs and Character Education Workshops for children of all ages. In addition, she has also received many credentials under her name which makes her a well-qualified Master Trainer.

As the Master Trainer of Krystal Charm Etiquette Academy, Krystal offers civility lessons and character education to children of ages from three to nineteen and is confident that individuals who complete her training have increased opportunities as they grow into refined adults and great leaders.

Prior to finding Krystal Charm Etiquette Academy, Krystal worked in various industries where she gained much proficiency in fine dining and service etiquette, communications skills, salesmanship, and networking best practices. As a dedicated mother, Krystal trains her children personally in the many areas pertaining to social graces, etiquette, self-esteem development, and many other forms of personal and character development.
