Introduction
“Growing up can be hard without having the advantage of confidence, self-awareness, and social savvy. Manners teach children and young adults the social and communication skills they need to succeed.” This is a personal mantra of Jessica LoRusso, Director and President of In Good Company Etiquette Academy & Finishing School – Manitoba. Jessica and her team at the Winnipeg office will be offering a variety of social skills programs, classes, etiquette parties and private coaching for children and youth ages 5 – 20 years of age. She is also available for private coaching sessions for adults and families.
Coming from an entrepreneurial background of over 20 years, Jessica recognizes and values the power good etiquette, proper manners and the ability to traverse the corporate environment with social competency attributed to her success. The need for respect, kindness and social skills which contribute to self-esteem, confidence and healthy relationships personally and professionally has been instrumental in success of her businesses, employees and the experience of customers. She often says, “When in doubt, be considerate and professional.”
Jessica worked as a Training Director In Good Company Etiquette and Finishing School since 2019.6 in Manitoba, Canada, and she worked on Social and Life Skills Training for ages 5-20.
The training program made by Jessica will provide teachers, parents, caregivers, and other children’s programs training professionals with all the tools they need to successfully deliver character, confidence and courtesy lessons and workshops to children ages 4-12 years. The Courtesy Coach® program is mandatory for all licensees and/or franchisees and sub-franchisees in the In Good Company Etiquette Academy Group.
Besides, Jessica holds professional “journeyman” designations in hairstyling, esthetics and makeup artistry. In 2018, she became the 12th Master Certified Civility Trainer (MCCT)© worldwide. Jessica is also certified to deliver Civility Training Credibility and Confidence Training, and Golden Rule Civility Youth Training with the International Civility Consortium Trainers. Jessica has launched her second book “Be Believable”. In addition, Jessica has volunteered her time as the President with the ALS society; Finalist for Manitoba Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Building Business and Excellence in Service Categories) for three consecutive years and Winner of Rookie of the Year, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica LoRusso is also a member of Civility Speakers’ Bureau where you can find professional speakers, keynote presenters, workshop facilitators and workplace trainers who specialize in civility and related topics and content.
In addition to leading her teams, constructing business plans and designing process and codes of conducts, Jessica LoRusso has volunteered her time as Past President with the ALS society; Finalist for Manitoba Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Building Business and Excellence in Service Categories) and Winner of Rookie of the Year, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce. Jessica is a now serial entrepreneur with 20 plus year experience build several million-dollar businesses and knows firsthand how to achieve business success and profit. After selling her successful MediSpa in 2014 Jessica with her team launched Powered Profit that specializes in corporate training.
Niche services that Jessica and her team provide are “Civility at Work” training Credibility and Confidence Training, Industry Leader Training, Youth Programs with the ICTC. Jessica is one of twelve civility master trainers in the world and has written three books.
