Joy is known as a Certified Image Consultant of First Impressions UK; a Certified Etiquette Coach of First Impressions Image International and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ATAC). She has a Certification in Personal Makeup & Hairstyling a Graduate Diploma in Solution Based Focus Brief Therapy, a Master Solution Focused Practitioner, and a Pedagogical Certificate in Technical Education.

Joy is the founder of Image Avenue and a Certified Image Consultant and Etiquette Trainer. She is certified by First Impressions, a leading image consultancy based in UK, Cambridge. She has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ATAC), a WDA qualification and Certificate in Personal Makeup & Hairstyling. She is also a Certified Trainer by People’s Association.

With her passion to style and coach people to look their best, and together with her strong business and training background of more than 18 years, Joy specializes in the development of Professional Image Management and Business Etiquette Programmes.

Joy has a Pedagogical Certificate in Technical Education, thus enabling her to develop and deliver courses that are interactive and dynamic. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Solution Based Focus Brief Therapy and is a Master Solution Focused Practitioner. This enhances her coaching abilities and influencing skills.

Joy is highly recognized in the image consultancy field and her articles has been published on international news sites – ABC, FOX, CBS and NBS. She has led in the training and content development of Singapore’s inaugural Youth Olympics Game’s in Service Excellence. She is a recipient of the Service Excellence Gold Award from the Public Service Division for her exemplary contribution and commitment to excellent service.
